Dr. Thomas Masyk

Dr. Thomas Masyk has a diverse work experience with various companies. Dr. Thomas is currently working as a Co-Founder at FairCare GmbH since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of PPM & IT Governance at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, starting in March 2022. Before that, they held the role of Senior Manager Customer Transformation Projects at the same company from November 2020 to March 2022. Dr. Thomas worked as a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion from May 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Consultant at AXXCON from December 2015 to April 2018. Dr. Masyk also gained experience as a Senior Associate at KPMG from September 2013 to June 2015. Dr. Thomas started their career as an intern at KPMG in 2011 and later worked as a Working student in IT Consulting from March 2012 to July 2013. Additionally, they completed an internship at BMW in Aftersales from February 2010 to August 2010 and also conducted their Bachelor Thesis in Sales at BMW from October 2010 to December 2010.

Dr. Thomas Masyk has a diverse education history. Dr. Thomas obtained their Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing) degree in Landscape Ecology and Landscape Planning from TU Dortmund University from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business - Central European Business Realities from VŠE - University of Economics, Prague, between 2011 and 2013. Dr. Thomas also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Business and Engineering from Deggendorf Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Lastly, they completed their Abitur, specializing in Economics and Law, at Anton-Bruckner Gymnasium, Straubing, from 1997 to 2006.
