Kämpgen Holger

Holger Kämpgen has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial law. Kämpgen worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE from 2008, starting as a Senior Legal Counsel and progressing to Senior Vice President in various roles, including Legal Affairs Entertainment and Corporate Law M&A. Kämpgen has also held positions as a Visiting Lecturer at the German Graduate School of Management and Law Heilbronn and the University of Applied Sciences, Karlsruhe/Germany. Prior to that, they worked as a Lawyer at Müller-Hof and BLF Günther Jansen - Rechtsanwälte, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer.

Holger Kämpgen has a Doctor (Ph.D.) degree in Law from the University of Cologne. Kämpgen also has a Second State Examen degree in Law from Landgericht Essen and a First State Examen degree in Law from the University of Cologne. Additionally, they studied Law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
