Sarah Schuster has a diverse work experience in various industries, including media, telecommunications, and IT services. Sarah started their career as an intern at Aventis Pharmaceutical in 2002 and later joined T-Systems International GmbH as an intern in 2003. In 2004, they worked as an intern at McKinsey & Company. Sarah then joined McKinsey & Company as an (Senior) Associate in 2005 and later became an Engagement Manager, where they led client engagements in the media, telecommunications, and IT service industry. Sarah worked extensively on business strategy, strategy implementation, and optimization of operating models, as well as sales and marketing. Additionally, they managed consulting teams and was involved in recruiting and interviewing for full-time consulting positions. In 2012, Sarah joined Vodafone as a Senior Product Manager and later became the Head of Performance Management Analysis & Strategy. Sarah was responsible for marketing, sales, and promotions of B2C TV products, as well as improving the customer experience. Finally, in 2017, they joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as the SVP of Business Transformation.
Sarah Schuster has a Master's degree in Regulation/Regulierungspolitik from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Sarah also has a Diplom Betriebswirtin degree in Business Administration/Wirtschaftswissenschaften from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they hold a Master of Science - MS degree in Management from emlyon business school which they obtained in 2004. Sarah also completed an exchange semester in Management at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2003. Finally, they have a certification in Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, obtained in 2018.
