Justin Blair

Justin Blair has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to present. Justin started as a Help Desk Technician at San Bernardino City Unified School District and later worked as a Computer Technician at CompUSA Inc, providing troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardware repair services. Justin then joined Mattel Inc as a Computer Operator, where they supported distribution centers and developed a traffic management application. Justin also served as a Technical Support Specialist at Paychex before becoming a Systems Technician and later a Systems Administrator at San Bernardino County Behavioral Health. In these roles, they provided support, administration, and coordinated procurement efforts. Justin then worked as a Lead Systems Administrator at Visiting Nurse Association California, introducing virtual desktop infrastructure and migrating the system to Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. Justin later joined Stater Bros. Markets as a Systems Engineer and eventually became a Systems Engineering Supervisor, supporting infrastructure architecture and enterprise application implementations. Currently, Justin works at ProSites as a Director of Information Technology. In this role, they provide solution architecture, leadership to the IT team, and oversees the SaaS & IT services portfolio, including implementing a Work-from-Home plan and handling IT integration strategy and cybersecurity evaluations for mergers and acquisitions.

Justin Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems from CSU San Bernardino. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including CCA - Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 from Citrix in January 2007, Paychex Preview CSR from Paychex in November 2006, MCSE - Windows 2000 Server from Microsoft in December 2002, MOUS - Office 2000 from Microsoft in September 2000, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator from Microsoft in February 2020.
