Chris Hines has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris started their career in the US Army as a Sergeant from June 1987 to February 1991. After that, they worked as a Production Oil Well - Rig Hand at California Production Services and Pool Energy from 1992 to 1995. Chris then worked as an Applications Engineer at Total Control Products from 1995 to 1998. Chris then joined Phoenix Contact as a Regional Automation Specialist from 1999 to 2002. Chris later joined ProSoft Technology Inc., where they held various roles including Technical Support Engineer, Training Manager, Technical Support Engineer Level 3, Technical Services Manager, Strategic Product Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Global Technical Support. Chris has gained extensive experience in technical support, product management, and training throughout their career.
Chris Hines attended the City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College in 1989, where they studied Computer Science. However, it is not specified if they completed a degree in this field. In 1994, Chris obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from the New Horizons Learning Center.
