Leslie Czienienga

Leslie Czienienga has been the Geschäftsführerin at PROSOZ Herten GmbH since March 2005, overseeing operations in the areas of construction and environment, personnel management, IT management, central services, legal affairs, and in-house consulting. Leslie Czienienga has also held positions such as Prokuristin, where responsibilities included strategic reorganization and expansion of the business area focusing on environmental management and digital transformation in construction oversight. Additional roles have encompassed being a digital transformation consultant for municipalities, strategic controller in corporate development, and contributing to the design and implementation of business processes within various sectors. Alongside professional experience, Leslie Czienienga has served as a lecturer at Ruhr-University Bochum since January 2010.
