Marina von Den Benken

Marina von den Benken currently serves as the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner at PROSOZ Herten GmbH since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Head of HR at Dula-Werke Dustmann & Co. GmbH from August 2012 to February 2018, and as HR Product Manager at PEAG HR GmbH between February 2011 and July 2012. Additionally, Marina was the Organizational and Project Manager at Bildungsinstitut Münster e.V. from March 2009 to January 2011, and held various positions in education and administration from 1995 to 2010. Marina holds a Diplom-Pädagogin degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Duisburg-Essen, earned between 2000 and 2008, and attended Ruhr University Bochum from 1996 to 1999.
