Yashvi Shah

Yashvi Shah is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management, growth strategies, and emotional intelligence. Currently serving as the Head of Growth & Retention at Prospa since March 2022, Yashvi collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive company growth through experimentation. Previous roles include Group Product Manager for data products and Senior Product Manager, where Yashvi developed a Business Account for small businesses. Yashvi also has experience as a writer for a personal blog on emotional intelligence, and has held various consulting positions at Deloitte Consulting. Additionally, Yashvi founded Code Niagara and co-founded MyVision Global. Notable work at Uber involved operations support for the launch of UberEats. Yashvi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from McGill University and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems & Design from the University of Toronto.
