Matt Hoose

Matt Hoose has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matt most recently worked at Prospect Bank as the Chief Agribusiness Officer starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Illini FS, a division of Growmark, Inc., as a Credit Manager from 2008 to 2019. In this role, they managed receivables and collections, assisted customers with account questions, and oversaw a $30 million Agri-Finance portfolio and the company's Crop Insurance book. Before that, they worked at Walgreens as a Collection Specialist from 2003 to 2008. Their earliest listed experience is at First National Bank in Georgetown, where they served as an Assistant Vice President in Agriculture Lending from 2000 to 2003. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and growing the Agricultural loan portfolio and assisting in the development and implementation of the bank's secondary market loan program.

Matt Hoose attended Illinois State University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management.
