Justin R. Martini

Justin R. Martini is a Vice President and has been in the finance industry since 2005. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2011 to 2012, Justin was finance director of a non-profit startup targeting at-risk youth. From 2007 to 2011, he worked as an associate at Summit Partners, where he sourced and executed private equity transactions on the technology team. Previously, Justin was an analyst in the leveraged finance and technology groups at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he executed leveraged buyout, recapitalization, IPO, and M&A transactions across a range of industries.

Justin received his AB, cum laude, from Dartmouth College and his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
