Matthew Barry

Matthew Barry is a Vice President at Prospect where he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked in the Restructuring & Special Situations Group at PJT Partners and The Blackstone Group. Matthew also worked as an associate at Metalmark Capital and as an analyst within the Financial Sponsors Group at Merrill Lynch.

Matthew received his BA from Yale University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Honors.
