Eric Samuels

Eric Samuels has a diverse range of work experience in corporate finance, operations, and investment banking. Eric began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Analyst from 1999 to 2001. Eric then worked at Countrywide, where they held various roles including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and 1st VP of Global Markets Development from 2002 to 2008. After that, they joined UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director from 2010 to 2012. Eric then worked at Houlihan Lokey as an Associate from 2013 to 2014, and at Jefferies as an Associate from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc., where they have held positions such as VP of Corporate Development & Finance, Chief Operating Officer - Behavioral Health, and their current role as SVP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer.

Eric Samuels has an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Eric also holds a BA degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
