Julia McConaghy

Julia McConaghy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on leadership and operations. Julia currently holds the position of SVP and Chief Operations Officer at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, Julia worked as the President & CEO of OakRidge Consultants, Inc., a boutique healthcare consulting firm. Julia also held roles as the Corporate Vice President at PIH Health, an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University, the Chief Executive Officer at Managed Care Innovations, Inc., the CEO of Physicians of Greater Long Beach IPA Medical Group at Dignity Health St. Mary's Medical Center, and the Medical Affairs Manager at CIGNA HealthPlans of California. Julia's experience encompasses areas such as business development, marketing strategy, physician recruitment, and departmental operations. Julia has worked with various clients and healthcare organizations including Molina HealthCare, Kaiser Permanente, and LACare Health Plan.

Julia McConaghy has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Julia also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of La Verne. In addition to their degrees, Julia obtained a certification in CPRP from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment in July 2010.
