Lynette Jamison

Lynette Jamison has a strong background in benefits, compensation, and HR operations. Lynette currently holds the position of National Director of Benefits, Wellness & Retirement at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards, HR & Payroll at Boardriders from November 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards & People Operations at Scopely from October 2019 to February 2020. Lynette also held the position of Senior Director of Total Rewards at Beachbody from August 2018 to October 2019 and Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll at Masimo Corporation from September 2013 to August 2018.
