Paula Roberge

Paula Roberge has extensive work experience in the healthcare field, particularly in home health, hospice, and rehabilitation services. Paula is currently serving as the Vice President of Home Health and Hospice at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Prior to this role, Paula held various leadership positions at PROSPECT CHARTERCARE HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE, LLC, including Executive Director and Director of Home Health. Paula also worked as the Director of Home Health and Rehab Services at CharterCARE Health Partners. Additionally, Paula has experience as a Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services at The Rehabilitation Hospital of RI, as well as a Senior Physical Therapist at Rehabilitation Hospital of RI. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Regional Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Therapy Resources Management, LLC, and Regional Director of Operations and Rehabilitation Coordinator at Olympus Healthcare Group Inc. Paula's work history also includes roles at Independence Rehab, Inc., Work Lab at RI Hospital, and Rhode Island Hospital as a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, Assistant Chief of Physical Therapy, and Staff Physical Therapist, respectively.

Paula Roberge attended the University of Vermont from 1985 to 1989. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Thus, their education history includes completion of a four-year degree in the aforementioned field of study at the University of Vermont.
