Richard To

Richard To is a finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. since September 2018, Richard has also worked at UnitedHealth Group since June 2013. Prior to these roles, Richard was employed at CVS Pharmacy from October 2008 to June 2013. Academically, Richard holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of La Verne, where studies took place from 2017 to 2018, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, completed between 2013 and 2016. Earlier education was pursued at the University of the Pacific from 2002 to 2007.
