Beth Pristaw has extensive legal and compliance experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Prospect Ridge since October 2019, Beth also acts as a Consultant for Morgan Stanley AIP since August 2013. Previous roles include Of Counsel in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings from July 2012 to August 2013, and Managing Director at Tishman Speyer from 2006 to 2012, where responsibilities included serving as fund counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Earlier experience includes the role of General Counsel at Coventry Real Estate Advisors from July 2004 to June 2006, overseeing all legal affairs. Beth Pristaw earned a Bachelor of Arts and Laws from the University of Sydney between 1993 and 1998.
