Scott Barrett has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Scott started their career in 1994 as an Inside Sales Representative at Serena Software. Scott then moved on to Raima Corporation in 1995, where they served as the International Sales Manager, successfully increasing international sales contribution.

In 1997, Barrett joined Rogue Wave Software as the Inside Sales Manager, responsible for a team of sales and sales support personnel. Scott consistently exceeded sales targets and played a crucial role in the company's revenue generation.

Barrett joined TIBCO Talarian Inc in 1999 as the Multicast Solution Manager. Scott led the integration and revenue growth of two acquisitions in the reliable multicast area.

From 2001 to 2004, Barrett served as the Vice President of Sales at DataFlux, focusing on sales growth and driving business outcomes.

Barrett then joined Firstlogic in 2004 as the Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for achieving strong sales growth following the company's acquisition by Business Objects.

At Business Objects, Barrett held the role of Director of Sales from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Barrett started working at SAP as the Solution Principal for Enterprise Information Management (EIM), focused on information management solutions for the North American Capital Market, Banking, and Insurance vertical.

Scott then progressed to become the Senior Director of EMEA Centre of Excellence, Database & Technology, at SAP from 2011 to 2015. In this role, Barrett played a strategic role in generating pipeline and increasing customer engagement.

From 2015 to 2021, Barrett worked at Utopia Global, Inc., starting as the Vice President of Sales & Solutions, responsible for global go-to-market and office expansions in Dubai and London. Scott later assumed the role of Senior Vice-President, Go-to-Market, leading the Marketing, Solutions, and Business Development organizations.

Currently, Barrett is working at Prospecta Software as the Chief Marketing Officer, and in 2022, they will take on the position of Chief Alliance Officer.

Throughout their career, Barrett has shown consistent leadership, sales achievement, and a proven ability to drive business growth and success.

Scott Barrett attended The University of Alabama from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued studies in International Finance. Additionally, in 1989 to 1990, they also attended the University of Hull, although the specific field of study is unknown.
