Samuel Che has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Samuel started their career at QiP as an Associate Intern in Management Consulting, where they managed a team and conducted competitor and gap analysis. Samuel then founded Enovus Health, a company focused on improving health outcomes through community-based programs. As the Director of Partnerships and Program Management, they engaged experts and executed marketing strategies. Later, Samuel worked at Prospection as a Business Analyst and then as a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Analytics. Samuel provided expert advice, identified opportunities for process improvement, and designed software solutions. Samuel also held the role of Strategic Account Manager, responsible for managing key client relationships. Most recently, Samuel served as the Delivery Manager and Program Manager at Prospection, overseeing customer effectiveness and business insights. Additionally, they have experience as a Managing Pharmacist at Shopsmart Wholesale Pharmacy, Steve's Pharmacy, and Blackheath Pharmacy.

Samuel Che completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree at the University of Sydney from 2009 to 2012, specializing in Pharmacy. Samuel further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration, Executive (MBA Exec) degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School between 2015 and 2019. Samuel also obtained additional certifications, including Apply First Aid from St John's Ambulance in August 2013, Certificate III in Customer Contact from Nationally Recognised Training in September 2012, and Certificate II in Retail from Nationally Recognised Training in June 2012.
