Eashma Bhasin

Eashma Bhasin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eashma started their career as a Business Analyst at FirstRain, where they worked on a project to build a repository on a Wiki application. Eashma then moved on to Charles Schwab, where they worked as a Business Analyst on a project to improve operational efficiency for Schwab Institutional clients.

After that, Eashma joined United Airlines, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst, working on multiple projects simultaneously. Eashma then joined Wells Fargo as an AVP, E-Business Systems Consultant, taking on strategic roles and managing critical bank merger projects.

Next, Eashma worked at Silicon Valley Bank as a Product Manager, leading complex international and domestic projects. Eashma then joined Touring Compass, a startup company they founded, where they served as a Product Manager and conducted initial research and foundational work for the road trip assistance website.

Following that, Eashma joined Kaiser Permanente as a Scrum Agile Product Owner, responsible for core projects for KP.org customers. Eashma then worked at First Republic Bank as a Lead Product Manager in Consumer Digital Banking, providing innovation and leadership in product strategy and management.

Most recently, Eashma joined Prosper Marketplace as a Principal Product Manager, leading and contributing to cross-functional efforts for personal loans, collection strategies, and verification. Eashma has a proven track record of strategic planning, user engagement, and operational workflow improvements in their various roles.

Eashma Bhasin has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. Eashma also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a concentration in Finance and Systems from SIES College of Management Studies in India. Eashma then pursued a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) from Stevens Institute of Technology. Currently, they are enrolled in a Certificate Program in Product Management at Stanford University School of Engineering and is expected to complete it in 2023. Additionally, Eashma has obtained certifications in various areas including Product Management from Stanford University and Coaching Skills, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, and Managing Team Conflict from Lynda.com.
