Several years ago, Libby found a position as front counter staff at a bakery in the Canadian prairies. The owner suggested she also work on ‘special projects’: sourcing sustainable packaging for the bakery. She liked the project, and it stuck with her. After working several years in administration, Libby found the tools she needed with a certification in Project Management.
Libby loves creative problem solving and engaging in conversations that lead to practical action. Having been employed by several large institutions, including University of Manitoba, Libby has come to experience first-hand how workplace culture can make or break the success of any project.
