Jose Rivera

Jose Rivera currently serves as the Director of Planning and Development of Real Estate Projects at Prosperia since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jose held positions as a Real Estate Project Manager at CONPROCASA and Emblem Capital Real Estate® from July 2020 to June 2020, demonstrating expertise in leading cross-functional project teams and managing project scopes. Earlier experiences include technical advising at Panel Rey and administrative coordination at Anahuac Organizacion Constructora. Jose began a career in real estate with roles at InterDesarrollos Soluciones Inmobiliarias and Grupo Aldesa, focusing on cost analysis and planning. Jose holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2015.
