Steve Kasoff

Steve Kasoff currently serves as Chairman of Palliser Capital since March 2024 and holds board positions at Prosperity Asset Management and Prosperity Life, where Steve is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee. Previously, Steve was a Partner at Elliott Management Corporation from July 2003 to April 2020, overseeing the Management Committee and serving as Senior Portfolio Manager. Additional board roles include positions at Ark Data Centres and Charter Court Financial Services. Steve's earlier career includes Director at Deutsche Bank and Associate at Merrill Lynch, following time as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
