Terri Donnan is a seasoned underwriting professional with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC since August 2022, Terri has previously held roles as a Senior Underwriter and DE Underwriter at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® from August 2013 to July 2022. Additionally, Terri worked as an Underwriter and DE Underwriter at Silverton Mortgage for a brief period in 2019. With a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned in August 1990, Terri brings a solid educational background to the expertise in underwriting.
