Lisa Ernst, MSW, AFC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lisa is currently working as a Project Director at Prosperity Now, where they contribute to transforming the economy to be fair, just, and free from structural racism. Prior to this, Lisa served as the Executive Director of Savvy Ladies, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women through financial education. Lisa has also held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Program Development at Triumph Communications Group Inc., where they developed strategic plans for program capacity and fundraising. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Advancement at Frost Valley YMCA Conference Center, overseeing fundraising, marketing, and communications for an $11 million year-round environmental education camp and conference center.

Earlier in their career, Lisa served as the Executive Director of ThinkQuest, managing educational competitions and collaborations between students globally. Lisa began their career as a Sales Manager at Hilton Hotels.
