Kristofer Smith

Kristofer Smith is the Chief Clinical Officer at Prospero Health. Prior to joining Prospero Health, Kristofer served as President of nH houseCalls, a subsidiary of naviHealth, from January 2020 to December 2020. Kristofer Smith has also served as a Physician at North Shore-LIJ Health System from January 2011 to January 2020, and as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Program Director of Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Health System from June 2006 to September 2011.

Kristofer Smith has a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University in Health Policy, an MD from Boston University School of Medicine in Medicine, and a BA from Princeton University in Sociology. Kristofer also has certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine.
