Bryan Schosker

Bryan Schosker is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing diverse teams across various industries. As the Operating Partner for Biergartens at Prost Brewing Company since May 2021, Bryan leverages extensive expertise gained from previous roles, including District Manager of Business Operations at Rollins, Inc. and Regional Director of Operations at CLEAR, where responsibility included overseeing 125+ hourly team members across multiple locations. Bryan also served as Regional Director of Operations at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, managing over 600 team members, and held the position of Managing Partner at Bonefish Grill, directing operations for a team of 100+. Bryan holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
