Prostate Cancer Centre
Cassandra Elias currently serves as the Quality Improvement and Communication Executive at IMAGINE Clinic Toronto and is a Research Student at the Calgary Prostate Cancer Centre. In addition, Cassandra holds the position of Logistics Officer with the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Students and Interns (CAPSI) until January 2024 and has completed research at the Hotchkiss Brain Institute. Previous experience includes roles as a Pharmacy Student at North York General Hospital and Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC, as well as a Beauty Advisor at London Drugs. Cassandra has also volunteered with Mary's Meals and Alberta Health Services, and served as a Liaison for TEDxYouth@VictoriaPark. Education consists of a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Calgary.

While 1 in 6 men in Alberta may get diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime, not all men are fortunate enough to live in Calgary and have access to the Prostate Cancer Centre.
