Stephanie Menares Morel is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and training. Currently serving as the Head of Organization, Attraction, and Talent Management at Prosud S.A. since April 2022, Stephanie is responsible for training processes, recruitment, selection, and the overall management of human resources to align with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at CANONTEX LTDA. as a Senior Analyst in Training and Organizational Development, overseeing the training initiatives for a national workforce.
