Christine Alvarado is an esteemed expert in food safety and quality, specializing in poultry meat, shell eggs, and egg products. Currently serving in Technical Services at Prosur since May 2022, Alvarado's previous roles include Technical Service Manager at Arm and Hammer Animal and Food Production and a Professor of Poultry Processing and Products at Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2019.
