Matteo Franco

Matteo Franco is currently working as a Senior Scientist at ProtaGene since January 2022. Prior to this, Matteo held roles such as Scientist II at ProtaGene, a Masters Student at Wageningen University & Research, and a Project Manager at GeneWerk GmbH. Matteo has also worked as a Research Overseas Intern at Children's Medical Research Institute and as a Commercial Analyst at Autovia Car Rental. Matteo holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and completed further education at Wageningen University & Research from 2016 to 2018. Throughout Matteo's career, they have developed skills in various scientific roles and project management.
