Todd Davis

Todd Davis, P.E., PTOE, RSP1 is an experienced transportation planning professional currently serving as the Director of Transportation Planning and Studies and Senior Project Manager at Protean Design Group since October 2019. Previously, Todd worked at VHB from February 2015 to October 2019 as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included transportation planning and engineering projects across the southeast region. Prior to VHB, Todd was a Project Manager for the Florida Department of Transportation from November 2013 to February 2017, providing in-house consultancy within the Planning and Corridor Development unit. Todd's career began at GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. as a Project Manager and Transportation Analyst from May 2003 to February 2015. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, completed between 2000 and 2005.
