The Maintenance and Engineering Team at ProTec Building Services is responsible for the planning and execution of preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of building components in HOA-managed properties. Comprised of roles such as Chief Engineer, Facilities Building Engineer, and various technicians, this team conducts routine inspections, handles repairs, and performs necessary upgrades to avoid emergency situations and reduce future costs.
