ProTec is Southern California and Southern Nevada’s premier HOA General Contractor specializing in the maintenance, repair, reconstruction, plumbing, and inspection of common areas and buildings for Community Managers and the HOA’s they manage. With over 400 employees, we pride ourselves on being the most comprehensive and reliable Building Maintenance Company around.

Unlike any other contractor, ProTec is laser focused on preventive maintenance; we’re focused on avoiding the constant barrage of repairs, construction projects and emergency repairs that can be easily prevented or mitigated by properly maintaining your building components. When it comes to HOA’s, an ounce of prevention is worth “far more” than a pound of cure. Preventive maintenance not only saves communities thousands of dollars annually, but also countless hours of phone calls and hassle.
