Thomas Brooks

Thomas Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thomas most recently worked at Protech Associates as a Project Manager, responsible for managing assigned projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring successful delivery. Before that, Thomas was retired for two years.

Prior to retirement, Thomas had a lengthy tenure at IBM, where they held various roles. Thomas served as the Manager of the IBM Security SaaS Project Office, leading a team of Sales Analysis Specialists. In this role, they oversaw deal desk activities, provided support to sales and customer success teams, and managed order provisioning and subscription agreement finances.

Before managing the project office, Thomas worked as a SaaS Deal Desk Specialist, supporting the sales team in selling IBM Security SaaS offerings. Thomas was responsible for deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and preparing proposals.

Thomas also worked as a Services Deal Maker, collaborating with Services Sales Reps to close services opportunities and drive revenue growth. Thomas demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders involved in the contracts process.
