Dan Roth

Dan Roth has had a long and varied career in the IT field. Dan began their career in 1977 as an IT Technician and IT and Accounting for Home Study International. In 1984, they moved to Hewlett-Packard as a Sr. Programmer Analyst. In 1990, they joined Transamerica Insurance Group as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they were hired by the CFO to be the IT person for accounting, actuarial and legal departments. Dan developed smaller projects, wrote specs on bigger projects and worked with IT during development phase then implemented the systems, trained users and supported them. In 1994, they joined Pro Tech Solutions as Vice President and started the electronic forms division, and was a solutions partner with Delrina, Symantec and JetForm. In 1996, they formed Pro Technology Automation, Inc. and became President & CTO.

Dan Roth attended Washington Adventist University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a B.S. in Business Management and Computer Science. Dan then attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1982 to 1984, where they earned an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing. In 2002, they returned to UCLA Anderson School of Management to earn an MDE in Management Development for Entrepreneurs. In 2004, they completed the MDE Academy San Ramon.
