Juhi Sodani

Juhi Sodani has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2023. Juhi began their career as a Design/Summer Intern at Fusion Events Pvt Ltd in 2011. Juhi then worked as a Communication Designer at RV DESIGN COUTURE PVT LTD, where they supported marketing efforts and later took on bigger projects such as creating brand guidelines and magazine ads. During their undergraduate final project, Juhi worked as a Graduate Student Assistant at Parsons School of Design, where they assisted in administrative duties and managed art events/exhibitions.

In 2013, Juhi joined Mad(e) In India as a Jr. Executive Product Designer, supporting the illustrations team and generating hand drawings and illustrations for sellable products. Juhi also worked as a Creative Coordinator at the IRIA Medical conference.

Juhi's career in UX/UI design began in 2014 at Welcome (formerly ChatID) as a Visual Designer. Juhi was responsible for various design projects, including user research, user testing, website design, and creating designs for digital and print mediums. Juhi worked closely with interdisciplinary teams across marketing and product departments.

In 2016, Juhi joined DataScience.com (acquired by Oracle) as a UX/UI Designer, where they contributed to designing their platform until 2018. Juhi then joined Elastic as a Senior UX Designer, later promoted to Principal UX Designer. During their time at Elastic, they focused on user experience design.

Currently, Juhi Sodani is working at Protect AI as the Head of UX and Design, a position they have held since 2023.

Juhi Sodani completed their high school education at The Daly College, from 1996 to 2008. Juhi then pursued a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai, from 2008 to 2012. After that, they enrolled at Parsons School of Design - The New School for a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Design and Management, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Juhi Sodani has also acquired certifications in "Leading Yourself" and "User Experience for Web Designers" from LinkedIn in September 2017.
