Anita Sims is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Benefits Lead at Protective Life since August 2022, Anita has previously held multiple roles at Mayer from August 1998 to August 2022, including Director of Benefits and Associate Engagement, Director of Human Resources and Benefits, and Corporate Payroll & Benefits Manager. Educationally equipped with a BS in Industrial Distribution from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtained between 1988 and 1993, Anita possesses a strong background in employee benefits management and human resources.
