Melissa Nelson

Melissa Nelson is an experienced professional in the retail and customer experience sectors, with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as an Enterprise Shared Services Partner and previously as a Customer Experience Manager at Protective Life since August 2020, Melissa has held various managerial roles across prominent companies. Previous positions include Store Operations Manager at CVS Health and Store Manager at J. Jill, Bath & Body Works, The Children's Place, and Kirklands home store, among others. Melissa started her career at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and Gap Inc. in assistant and store management roles.
