Fred Watts

Fred Watts has extensive experience in engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Protedyne Corporation since March 2018. Previously, Fred held roles at Protedyne as a Field Service Engineer and Mechanical Technician, providing on-call support for automation devices and collaborating with engineers on robotics systems. Prior experience includes positions as an Engineering Test Technician at Gerber Scientific Products, an Engineer's Assistant at Stanadyne Corporation, and a Mechanic 3 at Gunther Intl. Fred began the career as an ASE Certified Heavy Diesel Mechanic and has a strong educational foundation with an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from CT State Three Rivers and a certificate in Basic Mechanical Theory from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute.
