Angel T. has extensive experience in the field of information technology, with their most recent position being Senior Information Technology Specialist at Protego Trust since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked for Collins as an IT Support Specialist from April 2016 to December 2021. Before joining Collins, they were employed at CompuCom as an IT Help Desk Analyst II from September 2014 to March 2016. Angel also gained experience in laptop repair at SMS Infocomm Malaysia SDN BHD from May 2014 to September 2014.

Angel T. attended ITT Technical Institute-Richardson from 2014 to 2015, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, Angel has obtained various certifications over the years. In March 2016, Angel obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. In March 2023, they acquired the Career Essentials in System Administration certification from Microsoft and LinkedIn. In April 2023, Angel obtained the Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4 and Windows 10: Intune Device Management certifications, both from LinkedIn. They also obtained the CompTIA A+ 220-1100 certification in April 2023 from CompTIA.
