Hosna Eltaras

Hosna Eltaras has been working in the field of deep learning engineering since 2022, when they began working at Proteinea as a Deep Learning Engineer. In 2021, they began their MSc studies at the University of Ottawa. Prior to that, they were a Software Test Engineer Trainee at Q/A Lead Engineer in 2019, a Medical Planner Trainee at MPCS (Medical Planning and Clinical Solutions company), a Bioinformatics Trainee at Majecules LLC., and a Clinical Engineer Trainee at Al-Agouza Police Hospital. In 2018, they were a Problem Solving Trainee at Coach Academy PST.

Hosna Eltaras has an education history that includes a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Cairo University (2015-2020). Hosna has also obtained various certifications, including an AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from AWS in February 2021, a grant for funding their graduation project (DeepFake detection in Multimedia) from the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt in May 2020, and a grant for funding their graduation project (DeepFake detection in Multimedia) from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) in March 2020. Additionally, they are a Problem Solving Trainee at the Coach Academy PST.
