Katie B Williams

Katie B Williams has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and Student Mentor at Armstrong State University. Katie B managed databases, maintained the university's website, and served as a resource for incoming students. In 2014, they became a Peer Research Assistant, providing research support to students in the campus library. Katie B also worked as an Aquaponics Researcher during this time.

In 2015, Katie joined FlightSafety International as a Customer Service Representative. Katie B then worked as a Brand Ambassador at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. in 2019, where they executed selling models and applied team selling techniques to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Katie B also demonstrated servant leadership and advocated for brand values.

In 2021, Katie became a Laboratory Analyst at Confidence Analytics, where they performed sample extraction and preparation for various analytical techniques. Katie B gained proficiency in LabSolutions software and set up methods and software for instrument analysis.

In 2016, they pursued an Android Developer Nanodegree at Udacity, which they completed in 2017. Later, in 2020, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance.
