Phyllis Elin

Phyllis Elin is the current Advisor for Global Retention Management at ProTem Global Partners. Phyllis has extensive experience in Information Governance, having served as Senior Director, M&A Information Governance at AcquireTek from January 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were Director Information Governance at Iron Mountain from May 2016 to December 2018, and Director, Information Governance at Recall from January 2013 to December 2016. Iron Mountain acquired Recall in 2016 for ~$2B.

Before their work in the corporate world, Phyllis was the President and Managing Director of The Elin Group from January 1992 to December 2010. During their time there, they advised clients on a variety of topics related to information governance.

Phyllis has been working in the field of information governance for over 28 years. Phyllis is an expert in the field and has advised clients on M&A activity, large IT systems integration engagements, and provided subject matter expertise and education to client leadership and staff.

Phyllis Elin has a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a Master of Arts from Seton Hall University. Phyllis also has a masters from Weequahic High School.
