Glen ILLING

Glen ILLING has over 40 years of experience in the life sciences and aquaculture industries. From 1981 to 2002, they held various senior management positions at Pig Improvement Company (PIC). In 2002, they founded SyAqua, where they served as Founder and CEO, as well as Managing Director. From 2012 to 2015, they were Regional Director Asia Pacific & Africa at Topigs Norsvin. In 2015, they joined JBI Equity as a Partner. In 2019, they became Chief Strategy Officer - Ocean Free Seafood at Enzootic, and later Chief Executive Officer. In 2020, they founded Vivotro Laboratories and Protenga, where they served as Executive Director and Founder & Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) respectively. In 2022, they founded AQUAWOO and serves as Founder & CSO.

Glen Illing's education history includes an MBA from the University of Bath in 1996-1997, as well as studies at Oxford Brookes University and Seale-Hayne, Plymouth University.
