Brian Tracy has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Brian started their professional career in 2013 at West Chester University, where they served as a Music Theater Workshop Pianist and Music Director for a Directing Class. In 2016, they joined the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra as an Institutional Giving Intern and also began working at The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University as an Academic Services Administrator and Adjunct Clarinet Instructor.

In 2018, Brian transitioned to Protenus, where they held several positions, including Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, Solutions Engineer, and currently works as a Software Engineer. Additionally, they worked as a Principal Clarinetist for the Berks Opera Company.

Throughout their career, Brian has showcased their musical talents and commitment to education by teaching piano and clarinet at the West Chester University of Pennsylvania's Community Music School.
