Cambrey Jordan Ware has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

In 2005, Cambrey worked for CareerBuilder as a Sales Support Administrator, where they focused on helping employers find, hire, and manage talent. They then transitioned to Gannett | The Tennessean | CareerBuilder in 2006, taking on the role of Senior Outside Sales Executive. Here, Cambrey provided advertising and marketing solutions, connecting businesses with a growing audience.

In 2009, Cambrey joined HealthStream as a Client Executive, Regional Accounts, and later became a Senior Client Executive, Strategic Accounts. They then served as the Director of Sales, Business Development and Director of Sales, Patient Experience. They also became the Chief Growth Officer at Lirio, an AI behavior change platform that combines behavioral science with artificial intelligence to improve health outcomes.

In 2022, Cambrey became a Member of Chief and the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), organizations focused on empowering female leaders. They also took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Protenus.
