Kasey T. Britt, RHIA

Kasey T. Britt, RHIA has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. They currently hold the position of Senior Compliance Specialist at Protenus, where they investigate new cases and assess the appropriateness of patient access. Prior to this, Kasey served as a Compliance Specialist at the same company, conducting reactive investigations and providing summaries of the results.

Before joining Protenus, Kasey worked as an Integrity Program Coordinator at WakeMed, where they coordinated and managed the integrity program. They also gained experience at Wayne UNC Health Care, where they worked as a Credentialing specialist and in Health Information Management.

Kasey also held roles in various organizations outside of the healthcare industry. They served as Secretary & Treasurer for the Student Health Informatics and Information Management Association, and as Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi International Fraternity.

Kasey T. Britt, RHIA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and Health Services Management from East Carolina University in 2019. Additionally, Kasey has a Master's Certificate in Health Informatics, which is currently in progress at East Carolina University, starting in 2022. Kasey also holds a certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) from AHIMA, obtained in July 2019.
