Russell Dorsey III began their work experience in 2006 as a Pharmacy Technician at Walmart, where they filled prescriptions and provided excellent customer service. In 2010, they became the Lead Pharmacy Technician at Conway Regional Health System. From 2011 to 2015, they owned and served as the Executive Vice President of Branch Out, LLC. Following that, from 2012 to 2016, they owned Jasperz Java, LLC. In 2015, they joined Baptist Health as a Pharmacy Buyer and later became the Project & Indigent Care Program Coordinator, overseeing the pharmacy indigent care program and proactive diversion program. Russell joined Protenus in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager and is now currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they advocate for customers and provides subject matter expertise in diversion monitoring.
Russell Dorsey III began their education at Cabot High School from 2002 to 2006. Russell then pursued higher education at the University of Central Arkansas from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General.
In addition to their formal education, Russell Dorsey III has obtained various certifications. In 2006, they became a Pharmacy Technician certified by the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy. In 2014, they achieved Level 1 Certified Barista status from the Barista Guild of America. In 2015, they obtained the CPhT certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and was granted the USDA Organic certification by the USDA.
More recently, in 2020, Russell Dorsey III obtained the PTCB Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention Certificate. In 2022, they achieved several certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER, PTCB Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician, PTCB Supply Chain and Inventory Management Certificate, PTCB Regulatory Compliance Certificate, and PTCB Billing and Reimbursement Certificate from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
