Laticia Ibeere (LT)

LT Ibeere has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laticia "LT" started their career at The Cardon Group, American Express, and Conoco Phillips as a Senior Accountant and Inventory Accountant. Laticia "LT" then worked at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park, where they held multiple roles including Accounting Manager, Director of Ticketing, and Human Resource Manager. LT later joined Insight as a Payroll Manager, where they successfully turned around the department and improved efficiency. Laticia "LT" then served as an Accounting Manager at Advanced Shotcrete, Inc., overseeing financial and tax accounting activities. Currently, LT is the Director of Operations and Human Resources at PROTEOR USA. Prior to this, they were the Controller and Operations Director at RUSH Foot (Ability Dynamics), where they managed various business operations and led a team of direct and indirect reports.

Laticia "LT" Ibeere began their education in 2001 at Phoenix College, where they pursued an Associates degree in Business Administration. Laticia "LT" completed their studies in 2005. In 2010, they furthered their education at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Laticia has also obtained certifications. In 2023, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM.
